2021 Summer Refresher Sponsorships & Advertisements

• 01- Premier Sponsorship – $700.00
  The Premier Sponsorship is available to only ONE special partner. This Premier Sponsorship includes:
  1)Your company name and logo in the header along with FLENJ on the cover of our virtual program
  2)Your company name and logo will be featured along with FLENJ as the Premier Sponsor on the opening slide of each Summer Refresher virtual session.
  3)A full page advertisement in our virtual program to be shared with each participant
  4)Your company name and logo on all related public relations materials such as Tweets, Facebook Posts, and Instagram Posts.
  5)Your company name will be mentioned as our Summer Refresher Premier Sponsor in our Podcast Series to launch the month prior to the Summer Refresher.
  6)The option to have your company representative say a few words at our opening and/or closing sessions of the virtual conference.
• 02 - Sponsored Presenter Session – $400.00
  As an outside vendor entity, this Sponsored Presenter Session allows you to have a dedicated
  45 minute to 1 hour session at our Summer Refresher. Your session name and session description will be included in our virtual program along with our other sessions. Your company may also choose to make a 1-2 minute commercial to be shared on FLENJ social media.
• 03 - General Sponsorship – $300.00
  This General Sponsorship is available to multiple partner organizations. This General Sponsorship includes:
  1)Your company name and logo on the bottom of the cover of our virtual program and listed as a co-sponsor
  2)Your company name and logo will be included on the bottom of the opening slide of each Summer Refresher virtual session.
  3)A ½ page advertisement in our virtual program to be shared with each participant
• 04 - Teacher Mentor Fellowship Sponsorship – $250.00
  The Mentor Fellowship Sponsorship is available to only ONE special sponsor who wants to support our teacher mentors and mentees to attend this valuable PD event. This sponsorship includes:
  1)A special one page program advertisement in our virtual program which includes your company logo, URL and highlights your company as the FLENJ Mentor Fellowship Program Sponsor
  2)Special social media posts that highlight your company as sponsoring the Mentor Fellowship attendance at our Summer Refresher.
• 05 - Video Advertisement – $200.00
  FLENJ will play your video advertisement to last between 1-3 minutes during the Summer Refresher opening or closing sessions. Your company name, logo and URL will also be included in our virtual program as an advertiser.
• 06 - Radio-Style Advertisement – $120.00
  A FLENJ representative will read your radio-style advertisement script to last between 1-2 minutes while presenting your company graphic during the Summer Refresher opening or closing sessions. Your company name, logo, and URL will also be included in our virtual program as an advertiser.
• 07 - Visual Program Advertisement (Full Page) – $60.00
  We will include your full page advertisement and URL in our official virtual conference program which will be shared via email with ALL Summer Refresher participants.
• 08 - Virtual Program Advertisement (1/2 Page) – $30.00
  We will include your 1/2 page advertisement and URL in our official virtual conference program which will be shared virtually with ALL Summer Refresher participants.
• 09 - Virtual Swag Sponsorship
  Virtual swag sponsorship will offer your company the opportunity to share virtual giveaways (ie: codes for free memberships, downloads, etc…) with our Summer Refresher participants via a raffle give away at our opening or closing session. Additionally, if your company sponsors a virtual swag giveaway, your company name, logo, and URL will be featured in our virtual program as a special swag sponsor.
