NAME TAGS: Please send the names of all the people who will be representing your table ASAP to manager@flenj.org. This includes any volunteers.
SET-UP: You may set-up as early as 7:15am on August 15th. Feel free to unload your materials in front of the Academic Building and then park your vehicle for the remainder of the day in the designated parking lots.
PARKING: All attendees can park in Lots 11, 26, 30 & College Avenue Deck without permits. You must fill out this form to register for parking. https://rudots.nupark.com/events/Events/Register/1af50726-d152-4247-9ad4-284fecd4cc49
EXHIBITOR AREA: Exhibitor tables will be located in the large, open corridors on the ground floor. Tablecloths will not be supplied so please bring your own.
EVENT SCHEDULE: 2019 Summer Refresher Schedule Times are still being tweaked so please continue to check for any changes.
MEALS: One breakfast/lunch is included with the table registration. If you will be needing any additional meals, the cost is $25 and please notify us ASAP.
ELECTRICAL CORD: Let us know if you will be needing electricity for your exhibitor table ASAP.
